Returns

Our return policy allows customers to request a return within 21 days of the purchase date.

In order to process returns, we require a proof of purchase, such as a receipt or the order confirmation email.

Please note: customers are responsible the cost of shipping both ways.

Unfortunately, shipping is quite expensive, and as a small business with much tighter profit margins than the big companies, the cost of shipping remains a difficult challenge for all small businesses

Before placing an order, please take extra care to check the sizing charts, which are listed for all garments in the product descriptions, to ensure the clothing will fit the way you desire.

 

Refunds

To be eligible for refund the product must be in its original condition, unused or unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. We kindly ask for products to be sent back neatly folded without pet hair or the smell of second hand smoke - items sent back in such condition will be ineligible for any sort of refund.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method, please allow a few business days for your bank/credit card company to process the return.

 

Issues or Damages

We value our customers and strive to provide the best possible service. Therefore, we encourage customers to contact us at info@lakeandpine.ca in case they face any issues with their purchase, and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to their satisfaction. 

 

Final Sale

Any items that were marked as final sale, will remain final sale. There are no exceptions.

$5 letter mail SHIPPING

as a small business, we understand shipping costs are quite expensive, so we are happy to offer the option of $5 letter mail shipping  for t-shirts only (sweaters are unfortunately too large for this option). please note: letter mail shipping does not include a tracking number, or coverage in case the item is lost in mail. customers will have the choice to choose between standard $10 flat rate shipping or $5 letter Mail shipping at the time of checkout.

 

should a customer choose the letter mail shipping option for apparel other than a t-shirt, the order will need to be cancelled and refunded - depending on your bank/credit card company the refund may take a few business days to be processed. the customer can re-place their order using the appropriate shipping option. once again, $5 letter mail shipping is only available for t-shirts, as sweaters are too large to ship this way through Canada Post
